Technical details
The ForSomeCustomers::getSummary() method in Thelia's coupon condition system directly concatenates customer names into an HTML message without escaping, allowing stored cross-site scripting. An attacker can register as an unauthenticated user with a script payload as their customer name; the malicious code executes when administrators view related coupons in the back office. This enables session hijacking and privilege escalation.
