CVE-2026-97841 · Severity: medium · CVSS 6.5 · Published 2026-10-13

Windows DNS Server contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability that allows an authenticated attacker to read sensitive information from the server's memory over the network. An attacker with network access and valid credentials could exploit this to disclose configuration details, cached DNS records, or other data stored in the server's memory.
