CVE-2026-88114 · Severity: high · CVSS 8.8 · Published 2026-10-13

A vulnerability in Microsoft DNS Server allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code on a system by sending specially crafted network requests to the DNS service. An attacker can exploit this without authentication, potentially gaining full control of the affected server and accessing sensitive data or launching further attacks on the network.
