Technical details
The vulnerability is an authorization flaw in the Deployment component of Oracle Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management version 11.2.25.0.000. It allows a low-privileged authenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to perform unauthorized operations on critical data without proper access controls. The attack requires network connectivity and valid credentials but no user interaction. Successful exploitation enables unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of financial data, as well as complete access to sensitive information. Oracle has released patches to address this issue.
