Technical details
Adobe Experience Manager is vulnerable to DOM-based XSS, where an attacker manipulates the DOM environment to inject and execute arbitrary JavaScript within the victim's browser context. Exploitation requires user interaction: the victim must visit an attacker-controlled or compromised webpage containing the malicious payload. The vulnerability changes the scope, indicating it may allow cross-context attacks beyond the immediate application boundary.
