Technical details

A use-after-free vulnerability in V8 (Chrome's JavaScript engine) allows remote code execution within the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. The vulnerability requires user interaction (visiting a malicious page) and does not break out of the sandbox, limiting the immediate scope of damage but still enabling script execution. The fix is available in Chrome 155.0.8059.84 and later.
