CVE-2026-110156 · Severity: high · CVSS 8.3 · Published 2026-10-13

Google Chrome, a widely-used web browser, contains a flaw in how it resolves references within browser extensions. An attacker who has already compromised Chrome's renderer process can exploit this to break out of Chrome's security sandbox and run malicious code with full system privileges. This could allow an attacker to steal data, install malware, or take complete control of an affected computer.
